Rent includes utilities including WIFI, 1 laundry load a week, own fridge. Perfect for student or person who needs just a cool and sweet place to rest your head. Parking available for extra $50 a month. Walk to bus or train. This rental is for one room plus lightly shared use of a few other rooms. If your private and keep to yourself this is perfect. Shared shower not available during 6:30-7:30 am M-F as we prepare for school. We are quiet and laid back and appreciate someone with similar personality.
