I have two beautiful unfurnished bedrooms for rent in my spacious, quaint apartment. I am looking for two female roommates to share the space with!

I am located in the center of downtown Montclair, between a train station and bus route to and from NYC. Additionally, I am within walking distance from the brick and mortar; everything one looks for in the Montclair area like, dining, movies, and community activities. This is a rent-stabilized apartment. Good for saving up! There is laundry in this building. Permit parking is located across the street. Safe, the building requires a key code to enter.

Rent pricing not including utilities (utilities are around $50/month):
1st bedroom- $775/month, unfurnished
2nd bedroom-$775/month, unfurnished
Please note, the first and second bedrooms share a bathroom, pictures included. The bathroom will be unfurnished upon the move-in date.

Building Expectations:
-First month and security deposit which equals a full month's rent.
-$35 application fee (application typically takes a full week to process and approve)
-This building will check your credit, having a 650 is the required minimum.
-Building management prefers someone who is looking to rent for more than one year.

Apartment Requirements:
-Pay on time and have a good track record of such-
-Incredibly important: Organized, responsible, and neat people only! I am looking for responsible roommates who care about the space they live in and help to maintain the cleanliness and consideration of others.
-Not a party building, or *apartment*, typical building residents are lifetime residents and/or families, disruptive tenants are frowned upon.
-No smoking of any kind, welcome to do so in the building courtyard.
-No drugs of any kind
-No pets allowed
