Nice size room for rent. spacious can fit a single person. It?s not big enough to fit a couple comfortably, The closet is a nice size. See the pictures above. The previous room mate had a Queen size bed, a 50 inch Tv and a night stand in the room. I am Looking for someone to occupy the space by Feb/1 so looking to fill room ASAP All utilities are included in the rent price of $650.
If you would like your own bathroom that is available for a extra $100 a month. We do not mind small dog or cat. I do not mind couples but there will be a extra fee of $100 for couples so the rent is $750.

This is a room for rent inside a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It?s located in Newark There are 3 different buses you can take to reach the house.
Me, 2 other female roommate are the only ones living in the apartment currently. No children just 3 working adult woman: I don?t mind a child but the room is medium sized. The room is ready to move in ASAP looking for someone to move in by the First of February
