Rooms for Rent

I live in a 3 bedroom two bath. my landlord is super nice and chill. Requirements are to pay your rent on time and be sensible towards your fellow housemates. It has its own laundry in the apartment (free of charge). You would be in a medium sized room with a shared bathroom with one other person. There is a gym in the home and there is a maid she comes and cleans the whole house (and your room if you want) every Monday (included in the rent). Please let me know if you are interested! There?s always parking on the street in front of the house. I?m a kindergarten teacher and a part time paralegal. I keep to myself and hate drama.
