Female Only Spare Room !

I’m a nursing student love to cook looking for a roommate on the first floor of my family’s home. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, we will be sharing utilities and the rent. The second room fits a queen/king size and a dresser, very big closet space !! The bathroom is located right outside the room. I’m hoping to have friendly/close relationship with my roommate maybe even splitting groceries (not required). Female only ! Please only inquire if you’re serious and honest !
