All working adults occupying the building with no children. The building is 2 blocks from the I-280 and Sheriff’s office. Property is also a five minute drive from Rutgers University. I had three vacancies and two rented within four days. Currently, I have (1) vacancy: A large room with lounge area and extra space that can be used for a home office, vanity, sun room, etc. If the room isn’t rented by Sunday I’m going to furnish it and rent it out for more.
