I'm looking for someone to share my large 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in down town Newark across from the Prudential center.
Best location in Newark!

It's centrally located --Many grocery stores (including Whole Food, and many old-school types) and lots of fast-casual restaurants within walking distance if you're lazy to cook. There's a gym close by and most importantly it’s close to transportation, pen station buses Etc, there is parking across the street if you have a car.

About the Apartment:
This is a recently renovated apartment. All appliances like the stove, fridge, and dishwasher are all from GE. The kitchen is fully stocked.
It’s roughly 1300 sqft so it’s large, it has great light with high ceilings, the building is an Art Deco buildings

The bedroom you'll be staying in is large you can fit a king or queen, with two windows overlooking the street, and you will also have your own bathroom.

The only drawback is there is 3 flight of stairs which isn’t bad once your get used to it, (work those glutes!),

30's female, Brazilian, professional, Friendly and sociable, but also pretty low-key - quite an introvert sometimes. I like to keep the apartment extremely clean And organized so it’s important for me that you be as well.

I'm looking for someone roughly around my age. Someone who's mature, super considerate with cleanliness, hygiene, respectful about each other, among other things. Ideally, someone who can stay long-term and develop a good friendship sorry no pets, no couples.
