Each room has a lock to their door and for the front door. You can come `and go as you wish, no visitors are allowed. The fridge is shared and kitchen cabinets are shared.
Everyone cleans their rooms as they wish but recommended to be as often as possible. No pets allowed in this apartment.

The house is very quiet part of Newark, it is not a busy street with security cameras. It is located near the bus station and 10 minutes from Penn Station. The shopping center is less than a 5 minutes walk and has a laundromat, food store and beauty supplies store.
