Roommate needed

Roommate needed for 2nd bedroom in my 1150sq ft apt. My building is a beautiful brand new building equipped with a gym, concierge, rental space for a party and also extra storage space. My apt is a 2bed 2bath with a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is street parking but it?s very easy to find parking in my neighborhood. I?m looking for a responsible roommate, female preferably but couples are welcomed but the rent for a couple is $1350 and they will be able to get the larger bedroom that has the bathroom located in the room.
