Furnished room in beautiful, large apartment

I am looking for an individual to rent a room in my 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. I use one of the bedrooms as an office and do not plan to rent it out, so there will be plenty of space for two people.

I am a quiet and clean 29 year old male. I work from home two days of the week and commute into NYC for three. I would like a roommate who respects the shared spaces (kitchen and bathroom especially). This is a beautiful apartment and I like to keep it nice. I love living here, and especially enjoy the in-unit laundry machines and the easy walk/bus ride to Newark Penn Station (can be in NYC in 45 minutes)
