Hi, I'm about to start medical school at New Jersey Medical School in August. I'm looking for 2 roommates interested in living in the Ironbound neighborhood of Newark. The apartment I have already found and am interested in is in a prime location: a couple blocks from Newark Penn Station and one block from Ferry Street. Additionally, it has assigned parking spots and 2.5 bathrooms.
As I'm just starting medical school, I'll be very busy with studying and am looming for other roommates who are serious in their studies / work and not constantly inviting people over. I'm also very tidy and appreciate other roommates who work to keep public spaces clean and help with chores like making sure to wash their dishes.
Still, I generally enjoy to see friends and occasionally go out on the weekends. I'm big on running, working out, and reading. I love watching soccer and football, and my favorite teams are Man City and the Giants. Please let me know if you'd be interested in joining me!
