Grad Student or Professional Roomie Wanted

I'm looking for a grad student or young professional to share a new two bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Newark, near University Heights. The apartment will be fully furnished, with full access to the kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. You will have your own bedroom and a private bathroom.

I am an entrepreneur who works nights and I'm usually in my business a few days a week and on the weekends. I am looking for someone to share my space, who is tidy, easygoing and enjoys living in a vibrant urban community. No smoking (of any substance) or pets allowed.
