Society Hill Newark Room Available $900

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom townhouse in Society Hill, Newark. The neighborhood is one of the safest in Newark and we have 24 hour security via the condo association. It is very close to Essex County College, NJIT, Rutgers Newark, the Dental College, University Hospital and the airport. It is also only a 5 minute walk from a Light Rail train station and there is a bus stop right next to the house. It is very easy to commute into New York City as both the bus and Light Rail go to Newark Penn Station.

I have owned the house since 2011 and I also live in the house. I occupy the master bedroom and have my own master bathroom. I am friendly and talkative but am an introvert who enjoys my alone time in my room. I enjoy working out about 4 to 5 times a week, I go to a non-denominational church most Sundays and I do have a boyfriend who visits on the weekends. Other than that, my home life is pretty quiet, uneventful and I do not have a lot of guests.

I have a degree in media arts but most of my career has been in the corporate world. I am also an Airbnb host so one of the rooms is used for that and the full bathroom in the hallway will be shared with guests. The common areas and half bathroom downstairs are shared with myself and guests. I have been hosting guests for years now and I consistently earn Superhost status. I keep the house very clean and organized.

I do have a dog but she has been in Delaware with my parents for a long time now and my mom has grown attached to her so I don’t foresee her coming back in the near future.
