Seeking a Christian female roommate

I am a straight, practicing Christian, non-catholic, single mom (my son lives with me part-time) and pet owner seeking a clean, respectful and friendly female roommate who shares Christian values to rent a furnished large bedroom with private bathroom, large furnished living room plus a bonus room (can be used as a office or walk in closet) all on the second floor of my home! The patio, kitchen, backyard, and washer and dryer will be shared. All utilities/internet are included!!! My home is close to public transportation, Rowan University, Target , Home Depot and Chik Filet are minutes away. Off street parking! Need a reference from a pastor/church leader/employer. Renter will pay for credit/background check. Renter must have renter's insurance! Month to month lease only!
