About me:
I'm a young professional. I just started grad school, so I'm usually pretty busy, whether it's work, school, side projects, or friends. But I'm quiet, clean, and fairly easy-going.

I love movies, board games, video games, reading, relaxing. I tend to keep to myself most times, but I'm always down to schedule a fun night in. And I share my video game consoles.

About you:
I'm looking for another professional to share the apartment with. A bit tidy, easy-going, and independent is always a plus. And if you're on the quiet side, that's welcome too. Unfortunately, there are no pets in the apartment and there is no tub, but if that's alright with you, then please apply! I'm looking for longer commitments.

There's no down payment, but there is a background/credit check process run by the landlord so be prepared:
- Pay stubs
- Bank statements
- Application
- Credit/background check (fee involved, good credit encouraged)
