2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom

Hi, my name is Kelly-Andre Prophete and I?m looking for a roommate for a brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a brand new luxury building for a 24 month lease (the lease started in September 2019). The apt is on 190 W 54th St, Bayonne, NJ 07002. I am the first leaser so the apt/room has never been lived in and the apt is 1315 square feet. The room available is the master bedroom which includes a bathroom with a dual sink and a walk-in closet. The apt includes a kitchen with a electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and a lot of counter and cabinet space. The apt has an in unit washer-dryer, Central Air, a living room and a balcony. The apt is a 3 minute walk from all of the amenities, (the buildings connect so this is an indoor walk) including a roofdeck complete with a tv, sofas, grills, and a fire pit. The building includes a game room, a pool, a full gym and fitness room, a common area that also has tvs, a "lounge" area with it's own tvs and kitchen, a conference room, and a courtyard that also has a bar area, a pool table, grills, and two fire pits. The complex has indoor parking and outdoor parking which costs an extra $100 (if needed).The security deposit is $545.

A little bit about me, I?m a Clinical Scientist who?s a huge nerd. I like boardgames, comics, anime/manga, etc. I like dancing (latin dancing, hip-hop, swing, etc) and going out, being social and hanging out at bars, lounges, clubs, etc. I travel often and I?m working on staying fit and would love a gym partner and a running buddy if you?re interested. I?m graduating with a Master's in December and I also currently work roughly 16 hours of overtime at my company so I won?t be home much in the near future, but when I am home, I can be social or give space depending on the situation. I am very clean and keen on adjusting to my roommate?s preferences. I?m looking for a roommate who prioritizes organization and cleanliness, who is respectful of privacy, doesn?t mind sharing responsibilities and is responsible (not late on rent, utilities, etc).
