Large room available in a four bedroom house

Hi,

There is a large bedroom available for rent with a king size bed in a four bedroom house. I am looking for a female professional who lives in this house as it is her own. Very spacious with a backyard and a fish pond. I live with my husband in the house, but he is away for more than six months of the year, and lives partly in Australia. This is a very big house to live by myself and I would like a someone to share with. I am a finance professional working in Manhattan and this house is conveniently located close to the light rail and shopping street. The rent includes the utilities.
