One furnished bedroom for rent in Bayonne NJ! It's in a single 2 floors house located near the Light Rail (8th Street Station). We are a Latino family, myself a 28y professional gay guy, my mother and my schnauzer dog. The house has plenty of space, huge modern kitchen, a laundry room in basement, big backyard with an above the ground pool during the summer, and a parking space negotiable. The room is $800 plus utilities, which we would split into 3, avg utilities p/p $ 60-80 monthly.

My current roommate is unfortunately moving out of state after being with us for 4 years. The room will be available Nov 1st, but I want to take my time to pick the right person. I am looking for a professional busy person, someone who does not smoke or does not bring the party home, clean and responsible.
