The room includes a dresser, vanity, queen bedroom, bench by window. cool roomies bathroom shared with one person. no pets or couples please. rent is 800 and there is a security deposit returnable to you upon you leaving of 1200.00 I have a strong preference for a female only roomie as this is an all female house (please no males)!
