It is also very accessible with an easy 5-10 minutes walk from both Exchange Place and Newport PATH stations, 10 minutes from the Newport Mall, and 5 minutes from grocery stores. The apartment complex itself has a 24 hour doorman, outdoor pool, indoor gym, club room, outdoor patio/grills, on the spot parking lot/garage, and visitor parking. Alongside an 11 ft. x 12 ft. unfurnished bedroom for rent, the condo has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom with AC/heater units in each room.

As for utilities, water is included in the rent but electricity is not. There will be no additional/unforeseen charges besides the cost of rent.
