Hello!

I'm posting this for someone (Male Only) who is looking for a roommate in 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom Luxury High Rise Apartment. (Roommate) He is a young professional working in finance, and a great person to be a roommate!

The apartment is located in Exchange Place, Jersey City. PATH station is very close by, and it is only 1 stop into Manhattan. The lightrail station is also in front of the building hence other parts of Jersey City is very accessible.

I've lived in the apartment for the past year and it is great. The apartment has Manhattan view, pool during summer time, and gym inside the building. Each person gets a room with ample amount of space and private bathroom. Each room has its own central A/C unit and the room being offered is the larger room (200 square feet)

Rent would be $2100/month on a 11 month lease and there is a $100 application fee (no broker's fee).

The apartment is available for move in between September 14-October 1st.
