I?m subleasing my bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment starting June 1st. It?s a large room, in the picture is a queen sized bed and there is a large closet in the room and another one you could use that is located in the entrance. It would be a month to month lease until the end of August. After that, you can renew the lease with the other roommate if you?d like. You would be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with one female. You?ll be living with 2 very friendly cats and if you have a pet feel free to bring them as well (small dogs & cats ok). It?s a 2 minute walk to the Richard Street light rail station and from there it?s a 6 minute ride to Exchange Place where you can transfer to the PATH.
