Privacy will be limited because I will need to access the meter room and boiler room every now and then. The basement has a separate entrance. Quiet, safe neighborhood in country village section of Greenville in Jersey City. The basement has a half bathroom and no kitchen so you would need to share shower and kitchen with the two male roommates who live in the first floor unit. Mini fridge, bed, and space heater will be provided. Rent will be month to month.
