Flex Room in 3 Bedroom Apt in Jersey City

A flex room in a three bedroom apartment in Jersey City. The room comes with a heater/ac, large windows, two closets (from Ikea), and a full length mirror.

The third bedroom is upstairs, so you?ll share the downstairs bathroom with only me. Kitchen and living space (furnished) is shared with three of us. Internet and gas/electric are separate bills.

We live in a great neighborhood, a block from Hamilton Park, which has tennis courts, basketball court, dog parks, and summer farmer?s market. A 12 min walk to Newport PATH station (which is by the water, a lovely and beautiful area), and a 15 min walk to Grove St PATH station (by a bunch of bars and restaurants). A 10 min walk to the Newport NJ Transit Lightrail and Newport mall (on the way to the PATH, has a food court and AMC and all the stores you need). Also a few blocks from the Holland Tunnel.
