The apartment is a spacious 3 bed 2 bath apartment on the second floor of a two family home in the Hamilton Park neighborhood. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, central AC, hardwood floors and a gas stove (which gets a lot of use!). There's a streets facing terrace just off the living room in the unit, and a shared patio space behind the building.

Hamilton Park is a 13 minutes walk from the Grove Street Path station and a 7 minute walk to neighborhood grocery store. This area is safe and there is a Police Station down the road. There is a dry cleaner diagonal to the apartment.

While the apartment is currently furnished, most of the furniture belongs to my current roommate who is leaving at the end of June. Feel free to bring any furniture you have, otherwise we can work together to furnish the apartment! The bedroom is pretty specious and has a decent sized closet. You'll be sharing a bathroom with me.
