July 1st Open room in 2 bed 2 bath

I?m a 30 year old male looking for a roommate July 1st in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in downtown Jersey City at 10th St and Grove St. Current lease has rent of $2,960 for the whole apartment so I expect this new lease will have rent of $2960-$3100 or up to $1550 per person. I?m in the master bedroom so you would be occupying the non-master bedroom.
I?m looking for a male roommate aged 25-35. No pets.

The open bedroom is large and can fit a bed, a love seat couch and a desk. Apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 6 story building. Windows face south so you get sunlight during the day. Building has a concierge who works until about 7pm; laundry is in the building. All three rooms (2 bedrooms and living room) have wall AC/heating units. Building maintenance responds quickly to any maintenance issues.
