Room in Hamilton Park

I will have a room available (fits a queen size bed comfortably) with a large closet (w built-in shelving) and 2 large windows. The apt is in the Hamilton Park neighborhood of JC, has a private deck, and a shared yard. There is also shared laundry in the basement of my building and easy street parking in the neighborhood.

I have a dog who mostly stays with me and is very friendly, she get very excited when meeting new people but calms down after a few minutes. She can be territorial around other dogs, so I would prefer a roommate without pets.

I am a Professional who usually works in the Flatiron district in Tech but have been WFH since March.
