I am looking for a new roommate to move in on 08/01/22.

Utilities are not included in the rent, but typically are under $100 per person per month. May 2022 was $88 per person.

The apartment is a 15 minute walk to both the Newport Path station and the Grove Street Path station.

There is a $100 application fee (paid via money order). The application will require proof of income (two pay stubs), photo ID, and social security prior to move in.

First months rent and a security deposit of $1800 will be required for move in.

Looking for an easy going, clean person to share the space with.

I’m 26 and work in management consulting. Most of the time I work from home, but business travel has started to pick up. My current roommate and I currently work from our apartment bedrooms without any issue

Otherwise, I am a big skier in the winter, love playing/watching soccer, enjoy getting out with friends to try different restaurants and bars, and I am fully vaccinated.
