Luxury apartment 2 mins from path

Hi there,

My roommate is moving out of our 2 bedroom luxury apartment and I am looking for a new roommate to sign the lease with.

Move in date is July 1st.
Rent and utilities are about $1200-$1300 per month per person.
Apartment has a huge living room, lots of sunlight and our own washer and dryer in unit.

The building is a 2 minute walk from the Harrison path station. Amenities include 2 pools, mail service, gym, game room, BBQ grills, kids playground, grocery store, garage/street and lot parking.

I'm a 25 year old female working in finance in the city. Usually quiet during the week, with the occasional happy hours here and there, but on the weekends I like to hang out with friends and family, visit new restaurants, party, hike, read, sleep, netflix, sleep and so on.
