Female roommate wanted

looking for female roommate for flex living room ($750+utilities). I have 2 br/2ba apartment in Harrison, NJ, which takes about 20 min (only 4 stops!) from Manhattan. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet and new. There are also cute restaurants and cafes around the train stations. The apartment is 5 min walk from the station.

The apartment is newly constructed (less than 2 years), and it has amenities including gym, office space (free-printers), dry-cleaning service, yoga room, rooftop terrace, parking (indoor & outdoor) ...etc. Laundry in Unit. Central heating.
Both bedroom and living room has their own closet, and there are plenty of storage space in the house.

As a roommate, I prefer quiet and clean people. I
also don't bring parties (rather I go out).
1 month security deposit. 1 year contract preferred.
