Female September lease takeover

1 bedroom available in a large 3 bedroom apartment 2 full bath apartment. The 2 other girls are working professionals in their mid twenties. Both are super nice and social, we all live our own lives, but hang out a couple times a week. One girl has a friendly cat named Walter. Bedroom available is large, & has a large closet. There is also a small bathroom attached that is shared between two of the bedrooms (but with separate entrances). Apartment is a convenient walk to Path trains, easy to get in and out of the city and in a great neighborhood! Lots of local shops in the area, supermarket and laundry one block away. Looking for a female to take over my lease starting in September. The lease goes until May, and you?ll have an option to renew.

Landlord is super nice, this is the only building he owns. He covers water, the rest of the utilities (gas, electric, internet) usually add up to $50/month.
