Bright, beautiful 1 bedroom with private balcony directly off your room. This apartment is located on the top floor of an elevator building in Dixon Mills. It has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, in-unit washer/dryer (with laundry rooms in the building as well), high ceilings, and a skylight in the bedroom. Bedroom has a queen sized bed, nightstand, two dressers, and a desk in the room currently. There's also a closet in the room, as well as a shared hall closet in the living room.

Dixon Mills apartments are a great community with plenty of amenities. There's a package room on the first floor of our building, 24/7 security, a full gym with basketball court, and a large courtyard with community grills, chaises, etc.

Previous roommate be moved out by July 7th but has paid rent through July 15th. So your move-in date is flexible and could be anytime during that week. The room will be empty at move-in but the living room area furniture will remain. I'll be staying, I'm a 25F professional who works in the city as an environmental engineer. We're looking for a clean, respectful roommate to take over a fantastic room!
