About the apartment: Dixon Mills Apartment Building, great location in downtown Jersey City in historic elevator building with charm! 8 minutes walk to the Grove St Path, and fantastic amenities including a gym, sauna, basketball court, courtyard with grill, theater, credit card operated laundry facility, security, and package concierge for deliveries! Maintenance has been awesome and it?s in an amazing community.
The room is big and could easily fit a queen or king bed, a desk and dresser with room to spare.
Logistics: Rent 1337
Security deposit: a month and a half?s rent
Parking: Always easy to get a spot on the street and there's a community website where you can rent parking spots!
Utilities- 80-100
About me: early 30s, work for an education company, like exploring the area restaurants and the occasional reality tv ;)
