Available June 1st- yearly lease to be signed upon approval. Can accommodate mid May move in date if desired.
Parking spot may be available and is a separate monthly fee. Can inquire with leasing office.

First month's rent of $1520 AND security deposit of $2,157.94 (security deposit and 1.5x rent) due at time of move in.

About us:
We are two female professionals who have 9-5 work schedules and commute daily to NYC. Generally laid back and on occasion we entertain friends or have an occasional overnight guest. Watch Netflix, Hulu, favorite tv shows and maybe do a movie night. We have active lifestyles and enjoy going out to the local bars and restaurants but never bring the party home. We drink in apartment but we do not do drugs and do not smoke- we require the same from you.
