Looking for a female roommate or couple to sublet a furnished room in a gorgeous 2-bed 1-bath pet-friendly apartment in downtown Jersey City! 5-minute walk from the Grove Street PATH Station to NYC and all the restaurants and shops on Newark Ave.

I'm moving out in July and my roommate (29F) is in the second bedroom.

The sublet room:
-Large space with sunny windows and skylight
-Full-size bed
-Double-wide closet (the clothes and computer in the photos will be removed prior to move-in)

The apartment:

-Dishwasher
-Laundry in-unit
-Central A/C
-Balcony
-Duplex layout (bedrooms on second floor)
-Building has elevators, a gym, and concierge services/mail package room

Rent for the sublet term is $1500 for one person with utilities included (gas, electric, WIFI, and gym access) +$500 security deposit (returned at the end of your stay) +small fee for pets or couples. Move-in date is flexible in the last week of July. Move-out by 11am on August 30, 2022.
