Room in Historic downtown brownstone

I’m looking for a roommate who is open minded, friendly and responsible. The room is on the smaller side but has high ceilings and great natural light. A full size bed can fit in the room. The apartment is very quaint but on the 4th floor (walk up), so it’s a great opportunity to get your steps in. The building has very cool old details and the location downtown cannot be beat. We’re less than a 5 minute walk from the grove st path station. I’m a grad student in my 30s so I need my quiet time but both rooms are at the extremities of the long apartment (we will not really hear each other). I definitely would not like anyone to live here who expects to throw parties or host more than a handful of friends at a time. Id like to have a roommate who is a good communicator. I would expect to share common household/ cleaning items with my roommate. I’m open to answering any questions etc. :)
