The room is situated in a two-story duplex with all amenities (dishwasher, washing-machine, dryer) with an open space kitchen. There are two other bedrooms with own private bathrooms.
There is also a gym in the building, and an outside patio with bbq grill.
- Utilities included in the rent are gas/A/C, Heat, water
- Cleaning expenses, high-speed internet, electricity. are divided among us.
- No smoking in the building (courtyard is okay)/no pets.
