Furnished room available in a 2 bedroom apartment in Historic Downtown Jersey City. The space is kept very clean with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There is a full sized bed and an full sized (not walk in) closet.
I'm a female full-time freelance creative and I work from home M-F from 9am-3pm. I would prefer someone who doesn't WFH so that we aren't on top of each other and won't have competing meetings. I stay fairly quiet though I do enjoy listening to music and like to enjoy my vinyl collection. I practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, know a small amount of Spanish, and am 420 friendly.
