Bedroom with Attached bathroom PLUS shared office

Hi there!
I am looking for a female roommate to sign a long-term lease for a 3bd/2bath apartment in Grove St. JC. It is a 5 min walk to the path (Literally lol) and it would just be you and me, so you would get your own private bathroom attached to the bedroom. There is a 3rd room as a shared office space/ shared storage. Your Rent would be around $2200 (some utilities included). There is a parking garage across the street for an extra fee, and a good amount of street parking. No pets please (Im sorry 😢)

A little about me: I am a jersey native and actually grew up in JC so i am very familiar with the area. I love to cook -- however I like to keep spaces clean and tidy. I love watching movies and shows, the trashier the better lol. I also enjoy exploring the city and going to restaurants (feel free to add me on Beli hehe) â%9D£️
