A roomie for spacious, modern 3 bed apart Hoboken

Hey,

We are looking for a third roommate for our apartment in Hoboken beginning August 1. We are located approximately 15 minutes (walk) from the PATH/5 min walk to the bus 126 takes you straight to the city.

The apartment is a first floor walkup. It is a newly updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, the kitchen is full furnished and common areas are newly furnished. The living room has exposed brick and high ceilings. The apartment is very large. Features of the apartment include: granite counters, stainless steel appliance, hardwood floors throughout, dishwasher, large bedroom closet, ample walk-in closets throughout the apartment for storage. It has a washer and dryer room in the building (coin operated), a basement for storing bicycles. Internet and wifi.

The bedroom available can easily fit a queen bed facing the street. We have a back yard which is great for BBQs in the summer.
Lease terms: 12+ month lease, security fee but no broker fee.

Contract will need to be signed by June 30, and keys for the apartment will be given August 1st ready for you to move in.

Utilities: hot water and heating is included in the rent. Utilities are low and will be split evenly among the three roommates. Electricity and internet/cable costs approximately $60 per person.

About us:

We are easygoing, clean/neat and sociable. During the week, tend to lay low as we are up and out very early in the morning. We would like a roommate who has a similar schedule to us. On the weekends, we like to go out with friends, brunch, and head into the city.

We would like to find a female professional who is easy going, cultured, clean, financially responsible, and down to have a good time as a roommate/friend.

It would be great to have roommates who are social whether it be cooking together or grabbing a drink when we are both free from our other obligations.
