Roommate for Hoboken Luxury apartment downtown

Professional female seeks male or female roommate to share a modern two-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment starting October 1, 2016 for $1,650. Available bedroom is an unfurnished master suite with private bathroom, walk-in closet and spacious bedroom. The two bedrooms are separated by the shared furnished living area. The kitchen and living room are open plan with a counter/bar separating the two areas. The rent for the master suite is $1,650 (total rent is currently $3,100 and I'm working with management to keep the rent flat!). Water is included and other utilities are shared (electricity and cable). These are split 50/50 and run to approx. $100-120 each a month. Parking is an additional $250 per month if you require a spot (if there is availability). I occupy the 2nd bedroom and bathroom.

Details:
The apartment is located on Marshall Street, next to the Sky Club, adjacent to the Second Street Light Rail, and a short walk to buses on Clinton. The building is two years old with light airy rooms and excellent amenities. The apartment has hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances; including a dishwasher. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor of the building. There are two spacious elevators to access the various floors. The management company is both friendly and responsive.

The Area:
Located close to the Sky Club (a great gym with a pool!) and near some cool spots in the vicinity like Jack?s Cabin and an excellent French Bistro plus other caf??s close by. The downtown bars of Hoboken are just a short walk, down First Street!

I?m a professional female who has been living in Hoboken for the past 2 years. I work in New York, travel often, and like to ski, vacation, and run. I?m laid back but like to keep the common living area tidy and clean. I don?t like to bring the party home as I keep things pretty quiet during the week. I would like someone of a similar temperament if our apartment sharing is to work. References would be appreciated but not strictly necessary.
