Hi there!

I am a 27 year old female professional living in Hoboken. I currently have the 2nd room in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment available for rent. Move in date flexible.

A little about me: I work in the city, M-F. I enjoy having a social life but rarely bring the party back to the apartment. I'm a big athlete and am always at the gym or playing some sport. I have a super friendly, pretty laid back, 7 yr old doberman who lives with me. On the weekends I'm either out and about, traveling, or hanging around catching up from the week.

Ideal roommate: A working professional, mid-late 20s (female or male). Someone clean, respectful, friendly, fun, dog friendly, similar hobbies/interests.

About the apartment: 1500 sq ft total. 2 bed 2 bath with a private backyard and laundry in the apartment. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The apt is in a condo building with 17 units, and occupied with mostly families. The apartment is located in downtown hoboken, 2 minute walk from the Light Rail and 15-20 minute walk to the Path. Rent would be $2000/month (including cable/internet/electric/gas). Move in fee of $200.
