This bedroom has its own master bathroom in-suite as well as east-facing views of Downtown NYC and Jersey City. The room can easily fit a king size bed and has a ton of closet space 2 half closets and another full closet by the bathroom for your exclusive use. I have enough room within the bedroom to fit a desk, golf clubs, bike, bar, tv entertainment system and there is still plenty of extra space. It might as well be a stand-alone 1-bedroom apartment given the level of privacy, but for much cheaper than you will find a 1-bedroom in Hoboken. We are young professionals in our upper 20s/early 30s and tend to work long hours during the week and relax on the weekends. It's a great building with full service management including a doorman, elevator, gym, and rooftop patio with grills. We have been here for several years and it is truly a great place to live and in an excellent location just a few blocks from the path train and has garage parking for an additional fee - easy street parking along Observer Highway too.
