The building is full of amenities including 24 hour doorman, shuttle to the PATH station, rooftop pool with cabanas and grilling stations, complete gym and multiple high end common areas including movie room and game lounge.

The apartment itself is brand new and is 3 bedroom / 3 bath, with 10 foot high loft ceilings, modern kitchen with dishwasher, over 1,700SF. Washer and Dryer is in Unit. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with finished walk-in closet. Common area are furnished and all you will be responsible for is your bedroom and bathroom.

Price noted includes rent, utilities (electric , water, sewer), cable in living room and each bedroom, and wifi throughout apartment.

Myself and my roommate are both 2 laid back guys in our late 20s and are professionals working in the city M-F. We keep it light during the week and tend to go out on the weekends.
