Apartment is across the street from King's supermarket, Rite Aid, Starbucks, doctor's office, ferry to NYC and around the block from bus to NYC, dry cleaners and all eateries imaginable on Washington Street, the main street in Hoboken.

Ideally looking for an individual seeking a temporary stay due to business in the area. Great for someone who is looking for a room that is equal in size to what would get in a studio apartment in NYC at a much cheaper cost and in an all amenity apartment.

*The apartment is located between 11th and 12th streets on Hudson Street. The map has it at the wrong location and I have been unable to change it.
