Looking for a Subletter

Hello! I'm moving out of Hoboken for work and am trying to find someone to sublet my room in my apartment. It's a 2-bedroom in a tall condo building. The building has a concierge, secure mail and package delivery, a shuttle to and from the Path station, a fitness center, elevators, laundry right across the hall from the available unit, and it's in a quiet residential area with an organic market and several convenience stores, liquor stores, and restaurants within a few blocks.

The apartment itself is spacious, with two bathrooms, meaning you and your roommate each get your own private bath. The roommate is neat and courteous. He works as a doctor in a hospital and isn't home very much. When he is, he's delightful.

I'm trying to vacate as soon as I find a subletter, so the move-in date is negotiable.
