Hi! My 2 roommates are looking to fill my open bedroom. This is a large bedroom with bathroom in our beautiful downtown Hoboken apt at 77 Park Ave. Our apartment includes 24 hour door man, gym, huge sundeck overlooking the city, and laundry in building! Our apartment is 2 stories and this specific bedroom is on the second floor- so very private! It is walkable distance to many restaurants & bars and only 3 blocks from the path station!

Current roommates are 24 year old professionals. Both 9-5 Jobs. Very clean. They love to cook, go to dinner, Netflix & wine nights, and go out on the weekends! They?re not only looking for a roommate but a friend too! Let me know if you have any questions!
