$950 2 bed/1 bath Uptown Hoboken

Hello! I'm currently looking for a roommate (male or female) to share a fabulous 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment. It is in a great location super close to the riverfront, tons of restaurants, the bus and ferry to NYC, and Trader Joe's. It has a GIANT walk-in closet (see photos) and cute interior brick walls. Your share of the rent would be $950/month (with $900 deposit) and your bedroom is pictured here. Bills/utilities are additional and will be split.

I've been in this apartment for about 9 months and love it! The move-in date is June 1 but can be earlier. My ideal roommate would be responsible (pays all the bills on time), and easy-going.

About me: I am a PhD candidate and a lecturer at Rutgers Business School. People say I am friendly, considerate and respectful. In my free time, I like to swim, and practice yoga.
