$940 Very spacious room with walk-in closet

Two very nice and friendly roommates (20s - girls) looking for someone to fill a private, third room, by June 1st (as early as May 19th). Room is large, features a walk-in closet, has a fire escape, as well as direct access to the kitchen and bathroom. It's also the most private of the three rooms within the apartment.

As the building is old (yet charming!) and has a slightly unconventional set up, we don't have a traditional living room space; however, the individual rooms are rather large and that doesn't stop us from having wine nights/watching shows.

The apartment is in walking distance to the PATH, restaurants, ShopRite, and bars (including "The Stewed Cow", which has a mechanical bull!) and is located on the same street as Frank Sinatra's childhood home.

There's a washer and dryer located in the basement, and we have a shared backyard space that's very charming and great for barbecues.
