2 bedrooms available in 3bed/2bath

My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over our rooms in Hoboken. Our current lease is up June 2021 with the option to renew. We have lived in the apartment for two years and would love to stay but will be relocating for work.

1st bedroom - rent $1,250 (private parking available for an additional $250) - Master w/ private bathroom)

2nd bedroom - rent $1,143 (private parking available for an additional $250) - hall bathroom shared with one other girl)

The apartment is located downtown. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the PATH & is super close to the Clinton & 1st St bus stop to the city.

The bedrooms will be left completely unfurnished but the kitchen and living room will remain mostly furnished. There is a washer/dryer in unit and the apartment offers plenty of storage space. The apartment also has central air conditioning and private parking available in the back of the building.

Keeping the current situation in mind, we are all extremely cautious and aware of cleaning, sanitizing, and are taking all necessary precautions when it comes to COVID-19.

Utilities: $60-$70 per person
